Spring has sprung

Dandelions! Crocuses, hyacinths and tulips - spring has finally and clearly arrived. And of course (those we saw budding for a while): there are cherry blossoms!

Take a stroll in the neighborhood, feel the change on your skin, smell the spring in the air - and take some snapshots of budding green and the first flowers of the season. Maybe more therapeutic then ever before after the pandemic winter of 20/21.

Spring is of course also the perfect time to set yourself up for the best nutrition possible this season: make a pact with a farmer, join your local CSA now and commit 2021 to eating more veggies and source the best ones you can. Happy spring everyone!
